Shipping and Collections
Please be mindful that Studio Dayna-Gay is a one-woman show and making sure your orders are packaged with care, love, and a personal touch is very important to me!
SHIPPING:
Your physical address is required as the courier does not ship to a P.O. Box.
REST OF SOUTH AFRICA, NORTHERN SUBURBS, SOMERSET WEST, STELLENBOSCH: Flat Rate of R90.00. Orders take approximately 7-10 days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL: All products can be shipped internationally, but you will need to email me at hello@studiodaynagay.com should you need to make this arrangement.
A custom shipping quote will be made up for you within 3 business days. Once payment is received and cleared, your parcel will be sent off via Artist Admin in Cape Town. This usually takes approximately 10-21 days and will be delivered to your door, but please not due to the COVID-19 crisis, these time frames may be delayed.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES: Studio Dayna-Gay cannot be held responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges, import duties, handling fees must be paid by the customer. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. Customs policies and import charges differ from country to country, so unfortunately I cannot give you an estimate.

COLLECTION:
Please feel free to arrange collection of your order if you are in the Cape Town area.
Once your order is ready, you will be notified via email, and you may collect from my studio at Chudleigh Court, Carstens Street, Tamboerskloof, Cape Town, 8001.
